Torre di Mosto is assigned to the Tourist Board of Jesolo and Eraclea, that is the area covering the last stretch of the river Piave, though it is not on the river Piave but on the river Livenza.
The river Livenza, full of fish and rich in vegetation, after flowing through the territory of Torre di Mosto, ends near Caorle.
Very long ago, one of the towers defending the village was built in a meander of the Livenza. Its geographical position and powerful tower make Torre di Mosto a very strategic place to defend itself against enemies during the Serenissima Republic.
Recently, Torre not only was resistant against the decline of the old agricultural tradition, unstoppable in other places and situations, but also was able to make this tradition its own source of pride.
The events too are the expression of its territory, among them, for example, the famous Fiera del Bisat, with the tasting and selling of els (bisat) of the river Livenza and the traditional local fishing, and the eagerly awaited Exhibition-Market of Cherries in June.
